I'm Claire, a freelance radio producer from London currently based in Auckland, New Zealand. I make both long and short-form documentaries for the BBC, as well as ABC in Australia. I've made journalistic podcasts for The Guardian, and branded podcasts for the likes of The National Trust and Virgin. I've also taught workshops in audio production at NFTS and elsewhere.
In 2018 I launched an independent podcast, Swipe Left Swipe Left! with my partner, Gavin Wong. Much to our delighted surprise the series received critical acclaim around the world - from the British broadsheets to Singaporean magazines and Kiwi radio shows! The series has since been acquired by the BBC.
I also like to experiment - and my free-er form work has been played in The Wellcome Collection, The Empathy Museum and the Roca Gallery.
I studied Social Anthropology before moving into the world of audio - and human stories are at the heart of what I do.
